Program Manager

As a Program Manager
, you are responsible for providing project support and updates to employees, leadership, and the customer. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and provide extensive job progress reporting through continued monitoring of job status
• Update local leadership with new projects, schedule issues, and client concerns
• Manage client needs and concerns through on/offsite meetings
• Assist with sales forecasting
• Communicate and train internal departments on customer procedures and expected deliverables

• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands‑on approach to your work
• You have extensive experience tracking and monitoring construction projects
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn custom software
• You have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
• You enjoy working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume work environment
• You have excellent multitasking skills and can quickly transition between projects

SALARY RANGE: $90-110k
