Overview
The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer in Washington to find a Maintenance Manager for their team. This position is approximately one hour from Seattle.
$135,000-$155,000 + 20% Bonus
Full Relocation Package Available
Responsibilities- Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively
- Ensure all employees are following all OSHA, EPA, USDA regulations
- Direct supervisors and mechanics for all maintenance work to be performed
- Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work
- Assign and direct all PM work orders
- Ensure safe work practices are followed
- Oversee skills training and development of employees
- Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily
- Supervise, train and develop direct reports
- Participate on lean and continuous improvement activities
- BS/BA Degree required.
- 10+ years technical experience in the food manufacturing industry
- 5 years of Maintenance Management experience
- USDA experience required
- Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance
- Experience managing salaried personnel (supervisors)
