What you'll be doing...
The Senior Manager’s top priority is to ensure efficient and accurate data audit practices across a team of 50+ auditors and support personnel for 2000+ employer pension, health, and welfare contribution accounts. This senior leader also sets the tone for a strong, collaborative team culture and environment while overseeing and ensuring effective audit workflow operations including:
- Leading a management team responsible for assigning and following though on an extensive portfolio of employer/partner audits
- Instilling a culture of project ownership, outstanding customer service and accountability
- Setting the strategy, goals, and workplans for the team; following up and providing constructive feedback to recognize and challenge performance
- Managing escalated and difficult/sensitive audit cases
- Demonstrating highly effective communication – both verbal and written; internally and externally with employers/partners
- Modeling initiative, curiosity to learn, a commitment to teaching the team, inspiring ownership and critical thinking
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders cross functionally
- Educated. Bachelor’s Degree required
- Expert.
Internal audit experience in business operations required; intermediate financial accounting and analysis experience is required - Leader. 5+ years’ experience leading, developing, and motivating leadership teams and an overall department of 50+ employees.
- Communicator. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Experienced. Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve complex business problems
- Traveler. Ability to frequently travel between offices to support operations

- Starting salary range of $10,544- $14,266 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
