Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a VP / Branch Manager to join our team at the Burien Branch. - Target salary range: $79,934 – $99,918, with a full range of $79,934 – $119,902.
- Eligible for a $5,000 sign‑on bonus ($2,500 paid on your first paycheck; $2,500 paid on the check following your 6‑month anniversary).

- Develop staff to deliver exceptional member service and efficient, friendly service.
- Lead and support branch team to achieve individual and branch goals, promoting the credit union's image and growth in the local community.
- Three years or more experience in a management role or demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Must obtain an NMLS license and serve as a Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship for employment authorization is not available.
- Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency per WA state law.
This position requires an in‑person schedule Monday‑Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM. It works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate. In your in‑person role you will engage with team members daily as the face of Sound Credit Union, with active participation essential for impactful work.
