Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Technology for an organization dedicated to strengthening collaboration across healthcare and community-based systems. This is a full-time, hybrid leadership opportunity based in Seattle, Washington.

Position Overview

The Director of Technology leads the strategy, performance, and growth of a community-centered care coordination technology platform. This role oversees platform operations, vendor partnerships, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure reliability, scalability, and long-term sustainability. The Director collaborates with executive leadership and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and community impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead overall strategy, operations, and performance of a multi-product technology platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
  • Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team while overseeing contractors and vendor relationships
  • Guide product roadmap development, enhancements, release management, and change control processes
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop sustainable business models, budgeting strategies, and regional growth plans
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and governance standards while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and platform adoption
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align technology solutions with community priorities and organizational strategy
Qualifications
  • Experience leading technology services, SaaS platforms, or managed technology operations
  • Demonstrated success developing product strategies, roadmaps, and operational policies
  • Strong background in vendor management, change management, and high-availability system oversight
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and experience presenting to executive leadership and partners
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $150,000–$170,000, along with a comprehensive and inclusive benefits package.
