We are looking for a dynamic program manager to lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate our Digital Operating Model strategy and enable our partners and business to thrive. You will connect strategy to execution—develop, drive, and own new ways of working that deliver measurable impact by driving clarity for cross-functional teams and enabling growth in the velocity of delivery of Digital launches.

As a program manager - Digital Operations, you will…
- Lead Digital Operating Model Roll-Out, including developing and rolling out new ways of working and process optimizations to enable faster delivery of features at high quality.
- Provide cross-functional leadership, collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering leaders to align and deliver on Digital efforts, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate key updates and escalations to senior leaders.
- Lead Digital Operations, running and implementing digital workflows, ceremonies, and standard operating procedures.
- Create communication strategies and change management plans to drive adoption of new ways of work and foster a culture of curiosity and learning.
- 8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
- 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.
- 8 yrs building and mentoring teams.
- 6 yrs mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
- 8 yrs general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.

- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
