Your Role
As a Strategy Officer in the Office of the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role in advancing the team’s strategic priorities and ensuring the division operates with clarity, alignment, and impact. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Strategy, Planning and Management (DDSPM) and working in close partnership with the Director SPM/Chief of Staff (DSPM/CoS), you will bridge strategy incubation and leadership advising to ensure the Chief People Officer’s (CPO) time, engagements, and voice are aligned to enterprise priorities and drive meaningful impact.

This role requires sound judgment, strong analytical and communications skills, and the capability to lead all aspects of complex, cross-functional work streams with discretion. You will manage and support strategy projects, lead the development of key deliverables for the CPO, and ensure travel and communications are strategically connected to the division’s rhythm of business.

  • Support the development of high-impact materials and insights to inform the CPO’s participation in executive leadership forums, board engagements and action groups, ensuring the People perspective is represented strategically, clearly, and with compelling evidence.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and milestones, track progress against goals, and collaborate with the DDSPM, CoS, and SPM colleagues.
  • Conduct and synthesize quantitative and qualitative analyses to clarify complex issues, surface trends, and find opportunities for the People Team to enhance its impact.
  • Facilitate inclusive collaboration and alignment processes with stakeholders across divisions, encouraging shared understanding, momentum, and accountability around strategic initiatives.
