We seek a visionary business and technology director of our technology services, overseeing strategy, delivery, and growth across our Technology portfolio for one of our largest Key Accounts. This is a business leadership role, not just a delivery leadership role. You will own the orchestration of multi-site delivery organizations across geographies and drive the alignment of sales, delivery, and solutions to achieve sustainable growth for both the Key Account and Evergreen.
As Head of Delivery (Key Account), you will be deeply embedded in the customer environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership. Responsible for delivery execution, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth, the Delivery Leader builds tailored delivery playbooks and partners with Strategic Account Leadership to ensure alignment with client goals. You will operate as a trusted business partner to client leadership, while also providing thought leadership on delivery models, account expansion, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the P&L of all technology services delivery programs in the key account
- Lead, coach and mentor a senior team of Program Managers dedicated to the key account, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability and business growth.
- Partner with Sales and Solution teams to shape winning proposals, grow revenues, and deliver differentiated value.
- Drive delivery performance and risk management through structured governance forums (MBRs, QBRs).
- Accountable for quality delivery strategy and execution across all projects within the account.
- Builds and maintains a delivery playbook tailored specifically for the Key Account
- Balances strategic planning with hands-on delivery leadership.
- Owns account-level profitability, managing delivery execution, commercial terms, and client engagement to ensure margin integrity and long-term value.
- Owns risk management for the account, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery, financial, and strategic risks
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, efficiency, and innovation
- Requires deep customer knowledge and technical/domain expertise.
- 15+ years’ experience in Program Management / Delivery and Technology leadership.
- Minimum 7-10 years in team leadership roles (Director+), leading global, multi-site organizations.
- Experience managing multiple projects and program managers in excess of 200+ member delivery teams.
- Experience on P&L management exceeding $100M USD with sustained double-digit growth.
- Technology background with proven excellence in Cloud and Engineering domains.
- At least 2 years in a senior Sales leadership role with tangible contributions to revenue growth and account expansion.
- Proven experience in Business Strategy and Account Strategy roles.
- Experience working with C-suite and VP+ client executives across multiple geographies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
Master’s preferred.
