Chief Growth Officer

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team and a key architect of Northwest Center’s next phase of growth. This role requires a hands‑on executive who can define the growth agenda and establish the systems and partnerships necessary to achieve it.
The CGO will lead the organization’s growth strategy and drive revenue generation across targeted business areas, with an initial emphasis on the program portfolio. Working closely with fellow executive leaders, particularly the Chief Operations Officer (COO), this leader will ensure alignment between growth initiatives and operational delivery.
Core responsibilities include building a scalable sales infrastructure to support long‑term growth, leading marketing efforts to position the organization for greater impact, and developing new revenue streams and strategic partnerships that advance Northwest Center’s mission.
The ideal candidate brings deep sales expertise, proven experience carrying a quota, and the ability to design and implement sales operating systems from day one. Hands‑on sales leaders with a track record of overseeing marketing and revenue generation are strongly encouraged to apply.
CompensationSalary Range: $225,000 to $260,000
Bonus:

Lead revenue growth across targeted business lines- Drive revenue generation and expansion opportunities, with an initial focus on the programmatic portfolio under the Chief Program Officer’s leadership
- Cultivate new customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and close deals directly
- Set clear growth priorities and targets in alignment with the organization’s strategic and financial goals
- Establish and operationalize a disciplined, organization‑wide sales framework
- Standardize pipeline management, forecasting, and sales compensation structures
- Develop consistent sales governance and accountability mechanisms
- Over time, integrate decentralized sales functions into a cohesive, high‑performing structure
- Directly oversee Marketing, ensuring alignment between brand, sales, and business growth priorities
- Manage a dedicated marketing budget and team focused on supporting revenue growth and market positioning
- Strengthen Northwest Center’s external visibility and value proposition
- Identify and advance partnership opportunities, package and sell mission‑aligned programs as clear offerings, and explore entry into new markets
- Partner with program leaders to translate innovative ideas into sustainable revenue streams
