Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) seeks a Community Justice (L.E.A.D.) Program Supervisor to support the LEAD team and ETS’s mission through helping law enforcement divert individuals from the criminal justice system to case management services. This role is full-time onsite in Rainier Beach, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Salary: $90,500–$92,500.

- The LEAD Program Supervisor role is part of the Community Justice Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) team that supports ETS’ mission through helping law enforcement divert individuals engaged in low-level drug, property, and sex work related offenses from the criminal justice system to case management services. These clients will be provided social services to help reduce legal recidivism. This role steward ships program expansion in the designated area.
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision of LEAD case managers and Screening and Outreach Coordinators through regular individual meetings and clinical supervision.
- Full-time onsite position, Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Supervisors may opt to be on-call one week or weekend per month as part of the role (optional).
- Help ETS advance its mission by collaborating with staff to transform systems of harm and inequity to improve community health and safety related to substance use and homelessness.
- Support the organization-wide initiative to reimagine interconnectedness within the community to address white supremacy and settler colonialism in society and organizational culture.
- Supervise LEAD Case Managers to ensure supervises are engaging clients, building trust, and delivering individually tailored services.
- Collaborate with clients to develop individualized service plans and help them achieve goals.
- Advocate for clients to access a wide range of community resources.
- Identify gaps and barriers in resources and advocate for systemic changes.
- Attend LEAD and REACH Team meetings and other required meetings.
- Develop and maintain client files per agency and contract requirements.
- Track purchasing activities accurately and timely.
- Conduct performance evaluations of supervises in line with agency policies.
- Approve leave requests to ensure adequate coverage.
- Facilitate conflict resolution between supervises and staff or partners.
- Inform the LEAD Program Manager of material needs of LEAD staff.
- Represent the LEAD program to community stakeholders using effective communication and strategic partnerships.
- Education and/or Relevant and Lived Experience (if applicable):
Undergraduate degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred. - Two years supervisory experience and understanding of addiction and harm reduction practices.

Commitment to racial justice and social equity; ability to work effectively with diverse clients, patients, and staff. - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational abilities; ability to work independently and manage workload.
- Confidentiality and discretion; boundary setting, conflict resolution and de-escalation capabilities.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; proactive in keeping current with technology and using tools such as MS Outlook, MS Teams, and browser search.
- Physical Conditions and Requirements: Exposure to illicit drug residues and bio-hazardous materials may occur; training provided to limit exposure. Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens. Regularly sit, use hands, reach, and communicate; may involve standing, walking, kneeling, and occasional climbing or stooping. May lift up to 30 pounds. Visual requirements and moderate noise level described.
- Equipment Used: Computer, photocopier, fax, phone. Possible use of a program vehicle requiring valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
