This role is designed as a right-hand project manager to a senior practice leader—someone who enjoys owning projects, working directly with clients, and helping teams navigate increasingly complex regulatory and capital planning environments.

- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from planning through delivery, with an emphasis on capital improvement programs
- Serve as a client-facing project manager
, maintaining trusted advisor relationships with municipalities and utilities - Translate evolving regulations and planning requirements into clear, actionable project strategies
- Mentor and coordinate early- to mid-career engineers
, supporting technical growth and delivery consistency - Collaborate with a highly established, high-performing regional team across disciplines
This role is ideal for a PM who has outgrown a mid-level ceiling and wants exposure to more complex programs, marquee clients, and long-range planning work.

Compensation- Target compensation up to ~$180,000
