• Support clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities

• Lead change teams within large‑scale reinvention programs, guiding clients through designing and embedding continuous change practices

• Use data‑driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment

• Design agile change strategies that will help companies shift their culture, adjust ways of working to be future‑ready

• Apply human‑centered design principles to co‑create change solutions and personalized change journeys with clients.

• Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including:

• Organizational change analytics and data visualization

• Behavioral science practices

• Agile change management methods and tools

• Digital engagement, collaboration, and development tools and platforms

• Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities at all levels of the organization to build organizational resiliency

• Help Accenture with business development including proposals and build समूह client relationships

• Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points‑of‑View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management

• Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a consulting practitioner

• Minimum of 3 years of Change Management experience

• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms Industry դեպի experience

• At least 5 years’ experience working as a consultant on Software & Platforms Industry clients

• At least 5 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:

• Change Analytics

• Change Tracking

• Change Management

• Design Thinking

• Change Capability Development

• Agile Change Management

• You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out HR processes

• You’re familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and Analytics

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, child provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
