• Coach and motivate the team to meet test drives, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate leadership by role‑playing and having an active presence in customer‑facing locations.
• Train and develop the team on Lucid products and delivery processes.
• Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies.
• Set individual goals for the team, ensuring processes and routines build pipeline and create owners to meet studio goals.
• Ensure the team is fluent in all aspects of Lucid product knowledge, the automotive industry, and competitive landscape.
• Drive excellence in all areas of business to meet location expectations.

• Lead, value, and inspire the team to prioritize customer service and deliver the Lucid experience at every touchpoint.
• Ensure all employees provide best‑in‑class obje experiences during test drives, follow‑ups, and interactions on the studio floor.
• Act as a Senior Studio Associate handling high‑potential customers.
• Manage clientele for VIP customers.
• Coach and train the team to deliver an exceptional experience that touches heart and mind.

• Provide targeted coaching and weekly one‑on‑one meetings to develop Studio Associates.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing, customer‑focused team, filling positions timely.
• Lead and coach all team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and a robust Lucid community.
• Build inclusive, diverse, high‑performing teams through efficient processes and mentoring.
• Set goals and track results to ensure timely execution of lead generation and market initiatives.
• Develop and communicate monthly attainment plans and results to the team.
• Manage leads, appointments, and reservations, motivating the team through effective coaching and training.

• Own operations within the studio to ensure a frictionless customer journey from reservation to delivery.
• Supervise merchandising, product inventory, and display.
• Manage scheduling of the studio team.
• Partner with Retail Operations and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation meet brand standards.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Assist with daily operations as needed.
Qualifications
• 4‑8 years of related professional experience.
• A bachelor’s degree seves in business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Curiosity and passion for electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A penchant for nurturing customer‑oriented teams.
• Willingness to be hands‑on with all studio operations.
• Understanding of the importance of data.
• Sales‑driven and team‑oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferably.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.

Salary Range
: $103,700 – $142,560 USD (annual).
