We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects across healthcare, retail, hospitality, and K–12 education sectors. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Responsibilities- Managing ground-up and renovation commercial projects
- Leading project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Overseeing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management
- Developing schedules and driving project execution plans
- Managing owner communication, risk, safety, and quality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Design-build and/or design-bid-build experience preferred
