National Construction Management Firm/Owners Rep looking for a talented PM or Sr PM for Healthcare Projects

Base pay range: $135,000 – $180,000 per year.

This role is based in Seattle, WA and works on high‑profile healthcare projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing schedules, resource allocation, and potential risks.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and progress.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential problems before they occur and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Handle any arising issues or complexities that may affect the project timeline or budget.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate project performance, preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management is required, with 15 years of experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale construction projects from start to finish, ideally in the healthcare space.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Detail‑oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • A professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
