Team Manager – Flynn Panera

Flynn Panera, a franchisee of Panera Bread and part of Flynn Group, is seeking a Team Manager to lead a high‑quality cafe experience. This role supervises up to 75 staff members and is responsible for day‑to‑day operations, customer service, and business performance.

Base Pay Range

$26.00 per hour – $26.00 per hour (minimum wage). Competitive wages plus tips are also offered.

Flynn Group has grown from a single franchise in 2015 to the world’s largest Panera operator, expanding across 7 major brands including Applebee’s, Arby’s, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Planet Fitness. Flynn Panera follows a decentralized model, with Market Leaders overseeing geographic areas, Area Directors managing regional units, and General Managers responsible for individual cafes. Team Managers support the General Manager in leading the cafe, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a role‑model and lead the team, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Own the business performance of the cafe, managing financial targets and operational metrics.
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, food quality, and facility standards.
  • Coordinate opening, mid‑shift, and closing operations for consistent customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff; assist bakery‑cafe specialists with product knowledge.
  • Engage guests with table visits to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Promote company values and maintain a professional image.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of hospitality or restaurant experience.
  • Food management certifications are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  • Customer‑service focus with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
