• Manage multi‑complex programs and engage VP‑level stakeholders.
• At least working experience with 2–3 large healthcare customers (Digital and Enterprise applications).
• Significant experience managing engineering and modernization programs, particularly from the perspective of applications development.

• Experience in Healthcare Domain
  :
  Minimum 4-5 years of work experience with US healthcare domain is required.
• Strategic Planning / Goal Setting
  :
  Align program objectives with organizational strategic goals and develop a roadmap for program execution.
• Program Governance
  :
  Define program controls, procedures and reporting structures.
• Project Coordination & Interdependencies
  :
  Manage relationships and dependencies between individual projects within the program.

  :
  Allocate and manage human and financial resources across the program and its projects.
• Risk & Issue Management
  :
  Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact program success.
• Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
  :
  Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders including team members, sponsors and senior leadership.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  :
  Track program progress, measure KPIs and report program status to stakeholders.
• Budget Management
  :
  Develop and manage the program’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Change Management
  :
  Lead and manage organizational changes resulting from program implementation.
• Ensuring Deliverables Meet Standards
  :
  Ensure outputs meet required quality standards and align with overall program objectives.

  :
  Maintain and manage all relevant program documentation.
