The firm has a diverse portfolio and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Mission Critical team – designing data centers, advanced manufacturing, and high‑tech facilities. This firm provides global resources with a local feel and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary client partner across multiple concurrent projects, building trusted relationships through results and reliability
- Lead teams through every phase—from concept and design through construction and post‑occupancy
- Lead and mentor project managers and cross‑disciplinary teams to achieve design excellence and technical precision
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance standards to ensure quality and profitability
- Drive best practices in sustainability, documentation, and process improvement
- 15+ years of architectural experience leading large, complex projects
- Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing registration)
- Advanced knowledge of construction, building systems, and QA/QC processes
- Strong communicator and mentor who leads with collaboration and accountability
- Experience in data center, advanced manufacturing, or mission‑critical project types preferred
