We act as a full‑stack Rev Ops implementation partner, designing custom sales motions, integrating battle‑tested systems, developing go‑to‑market strategies, and hiring, training, and managing a highly trained on‑demand sales force.
The Project Manager (Rev Ops) owns the project map, sequencing, capacity planning, and execution cadence for critical Rev Ops initiatives king directly with the COO and CEO, the role translates strategic priorities into structured work streams, visual roadmaps, and detailed project plans, ensuring the revenue infrastructure is built and executed without chaos, burnout, or missed timelines.
MajorRoles & Responsibilities
- Account Onboarding & Integration Planning
- Own project management for account onboarding and integration.
- Build comprehensive project maps and plans for onboarding initiatives.
- Manage onboarding against team capacity, tracking dependencies, risks, and constraints.
- Ensure clean execution across multiple weeks or months.
- Executive Project Management & Strategy Execution
- Partner directly with the COO and CEO on quarterly strategic planning.
- Translate QSP initiatives into work streams and detailed task‑level execution plans.
- Drive the execution roadmap across Rev Ops and adjacent teams, providing clear visibility into progress, capacity, and risk.
- Act as a thought partner on initiative sequencing and staffing.
- Rev Ops Project Intake & Capacity Management
- Serve as the central Project Manager for Rev Ops requests.
- Facilitate prioritization and sequencing of initiatives, controlling WPMs and initiative overlap.
- Balance short‑term execution with long‑term strategic initiatives.
- Project Systems & Visualization
- Own and maintain project management tooling (Click Up or Asana).
- Build Gantt charts, timelines, and visual roadmaps.
- Continuously improve project planning standards and visibility at WFS.
- Experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager.
- Worked directly under a COO or executive leadership team.
- Supported 8‑figure or larger businesses with complex initiatives.
- Experience in high‑intensity, high‑growth, sales‑led companies.
- Advanced project management experience, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and dependency management.
- Exceptional at breaking initiatives from strategy to tasks.
- Experience building and managing project plans for marketing & Rev Ops teams.
- Proficient in project management software, comfortable choosing or bringing your own system.
- Hands‑on experience with Click Up or Asana.
- Clear understanding of project planning processes, including Gantt charts and roadmap visualization.
- Ability to visualize multiple initiatives together, not in isolation.
- Comfortable managing capacity, not just checklists.
- Willingness to engage in executive conversations and drive the roadmap.
