Base pay range: $67,600.00/yr – $94,600.00/yr

As a store manager, you will:

• Lead and coach a team of partners to meet sales, quality, and community service goals.
• Create and maintain a welcoming environment that aligns with Starbucks values.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and build community connection.
• Support professional growth for partners through coaching, performance reviews, and training.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to advance business objectives.

• 3 years retail/customer‑service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States.
• Ability to work full time (regularly 40+ hours per week) with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
