Key Responsibilities- Lead the Operational Excellence Practice within our Corporate Strategy team
- Solve complex cross-functional issues to accelerate top- or bottom-line growth
- Analyze and optimize business processes, identify waste and inefficiencies, and implement solutions
- Partner with senior leaders across functions (Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture) to align operations with F5’s corporate strategy
- Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and metrics to monitor execution and measure impact; collaborate with Business Operations teams for KPI tracking and implementation
- Build and develop a high-performing team that brings operational rigor, analytical insight, and change management expertise
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that influence decision-making; key stakeholders include the COO, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline across the organization
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, operational excellence, or management consulting
- 3-5 years of strategy consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- 3-5 years of experience working within a tech company
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Expertise in cloud operations and financial models, including cost levers
- Ability to connect strategy to execution and measurable outcomes
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive alignment across functions, and deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
