Seattle Boat is hiring for a lead funshare & Fuel Dock member! This position is full time, year round.

Compensation: $22-24/hour
Age Requirement:
Must be 18 years of age or older

- Provide exemplary service to customers while being a team leader for seasonal staff
- Promote a fun and safe boating culture for our boat club members and seasonal staff
- Lead by example and maintain cleanliness of our Fun Share boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks
- Provide support to lift operators, Fun Share members, fuel dock customers, and seasonal staff
- Operate powerboats ranging from 19'-25' (training provided)
- Other duties as assigned
- Required:
- 18 Years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends included!)
- Open to working and covering shifts at different locations as needed
- Willingness to work holidays as assigned
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and train seasonal staff
- A good work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Strongly Recommended:
- Boating experience
- A love for being on and around the water
- Prior experience working with POS systems
- Prior shift - lead experience
