As a Maintenance Assistant & Driver, you will support the Maintenance Department by ensuring that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following company policies and procedures. You will assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and other equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, clear DMV record, and insurable under the company’s insurance policy
• 1-3 years’ experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc
