A leading senior living community in Seattle is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of building maintenance experience and be able to work with tools and equipment. You will ensure the community is well-maintained and respond to emergencies as needed. This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $22-25, depending on experience.
