Multisite Maintenance Technician II – Thrive Communities
A maintenance technician who will handle routine, preventative, and minor repair work across multiple sites.
Salary & ScheduleSalary: $26–$27 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time;
Tuesday – Saturday; 8 am – 5 pm

- Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
- Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property.
- Inspects and coordinates all needed make‑ready repairs and services.
- Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
- Performs any additional duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
- Contributes to a positive team environment and happy resident base.
- At least 2+ years of maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong team player.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects.
- Can operate vehicle on premises and has a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage.
- Supply own tools.

Physical Requirements- Must stand, walk, or sit alternately depending on the day; 60‑100% of time on feet.
- Occasional need to type, write, and complete computer or phone tasks.
- 60‑100% of time bending, stooping, squatting, climbing stairs, pushing or pulling, and reaching above shoulder.
- Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs on occasion; frequently 25‑75 lbs; majority of day on feet.
