Tool Rental Service Technician
Base pay range: $24.50/hr – $24.50/hr
Job DescriptionRepair and Tool Technicians evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. In a store, technicians provide service to customers in the Tool Rental department, including writing repair contracts and invoices, ensuring equipment operates properly, and demonstrating correct use. They also manage day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of rental equipment and maintain an inventory of tools, repairing them as needed.
In non‑store locations, technicians repair, test, and clean units before returning them to the store where the repair originated.
