Overview
We are seeking Life Cycle Logistics Analysts to join a professional support services contract team in support of the Surface Ship Maintenance, Modernization and Sustainment (SEA 21) Directorate within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard. This role supports a five‑year task order for the Navy’s surface fleet maintenance and modernization efforts, ensuring high‑quality, compliant support to critical naval operations.

You will collaborate with geographically dispersed logisticians across multiple sites to coordinate, communicate, and integrate maintenance, modernization, and sustainment performance information in support of the Navy’s Surface Warfare Enterprise.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and executing readiness and sustainment initiatives for the Navy’s surface fleet.
- Integrating maintenance strategies, modernization plans, training needs, and technical, logistics, and programmatic efforts to manage the lifecycle of U.S. and partner Navy surface ships and systems.
- Directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures, and systems, and providing implementation guidance.
- Preparing and implementing directives to ensure effective logistics support and enforcing standards for workforce training and equipment.
- Managing all logistics actions associated with life‑cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.

- Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree with 3 years' experience, or High School diploma with 6 years' experience).
- 1+ years of experience related to logistics.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Salary range: $49,000 - $76,600.
- Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree or High School diploma with 9 years' experience).
- 5+ years of experience related to logistics.
Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. - Salary range: $59,200 - $112,150.
- Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree or High School diploma with 11 years' experience).
- 10+ years of experience related to logistics.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Salary range: $86,800 - $135,625.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 4+ (Junior) / 7+ (Mid) / 15+ (Senior) years professional experience related to logistics.
- Professional experience in a DoD environment.
- Background in DoD logistics systems and processes.
- Experience with Navy logistics systems.

Compensation and BenefitsPosted salary range: USD $49,000.00 – $ per year.
