A high-volume food manufacturing organization is seeking a strategic, data-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations. The focus will be on revamping MRP processes and implementing a new planning system to enhance efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities- Lead MRP process redesign and oversee the implementation of a new MRP/ERP platform.
- Manage materials planning, forecasting, and S&OP alignment.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and traceability compliance.
- Direct procurement, sourcing, and supplier performance.
- Lead warehousing, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
- Optimize freight, transportation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Finance, R&D, and Leadership teams.
- Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management, preferably in food/CPG.
- Hands-on ERP/MRP implementation experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excel proficiency and a systems-driven mindset.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Supply chain strategy and planning expertise.
- Ability to identify structural supply chain gaps and implement long-term improvements.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, purchasing, planning, and procurement.
- Experience in inventory and materials control, including overseeing inventory planning and raw materials forecasting.
- Ability to maintain and improve inventory control procedures aligned with FIFO, traceability, and QA expectations.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
