What You’ll Do- Manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms when appropriate
- Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and warehouse teams to align supply with business needs
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and logistics processes
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and inventory management systems
- $50,000 - $60,000, DOE

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; data analysis skills preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or distribution environments
- Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting methodologies
