• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms when appropriate
• Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and warehouse teams to align supply with business needs
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and logistics processes
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and inventory management systems

• $50,000 - $60,000, DOE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; data analysis skills preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or distribution environments
• Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting methodologies
