Overview
Martens + Associates | P.S. is looking for an attorney to join its civil litigation practice.
Responsibilities- Independently progress a case from intake to resolution
- Motion practice experience
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the law
- License to practice in Washington and in good standing
- Experience in the field of insurance defense, construction defect, products liability, professional and/or personal injury (ideal)
- Experience with motion practice and deposition handling
- Ability to independently progress a case from intake to resolution
- Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the law
- License to practice in California and/or Oregon
