Associate Attorney

Overview

Garrett Hemann Robertson P.C. is seeking an associate for our school law team, a department within our firm that works closely with district superintendents and human resources professionals to guide schools through complex laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a judicial law clerk or other experience as an attorney;
• Excellent oral and writing skills;
• A background or interest in providing legal services to Oregon school districts;
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, or judicial opinions; and
• Experience managing civil discovery.
