• Motion practice
• Preparing for and attending hearings and depositions
• Reviewing discovery
• Drafting briefs
• Some transactional work

• 2-5+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Washington State Bar membership
• JD

Salary: $210K-$260K DOE. Industry: Legal. This is a primarily in-office position with the option for a hybrid schedule. Reasonable billable hour requirements, a high commission structure, and potential bonuses for exceeding billable hours or bringing in new clients.
