A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its expanding Corporate & Finance practice in Seattle. The team handles complex, high-value M&A transactions across a wide range of industries, offering associates meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction from day one.

• Manage and execute components of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions
• Conduct due diligence, draft ancillary transaction documents, and oversee deal checklists
• Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and cross-office teams
• Contribute to a collegial, supportive, and fast-growing practice environment

• 3–5 years of M&A experience, ideally within a top-tier Corporate & Finance group
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to manage elements of transactions independently
• Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington State
• Excellent academic credentials

The anticipated base salary range is $235,000 – $365,000
