Got it!3 - 10 Years of Experience Elite Sourcing is seeking experienced corporate attorneys with at least 4 years experience for a local firm. These positions have a pay range of $165K-$200K+. A candidate for one of these positions must have:
* Minimum 4 years experience with: general business and corporate law, and securities
* Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents, including contracts and agreements
* Experience with complex business matters
* Experience with some international business matters
* Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
* Excellent negotiation skills to effectively represent the company's interests
