A global Am Law firm seeks a patent prosecution associate to run an active docket. You will have exposure to drafting through U.S. and international prosecution, advise on portfolio strategy, searches and patentability / invalidity / non-infringement opinions. There can also be optional litigation + transactional support in a full-service platform.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of patent prosecution experience
- USPTO admission
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field
