Family Law Attorney

Location: Moraga, CA (Hybrid or Remote Considered)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $110,000 – $200,000 annually

The Law Offices of David M. Lederman is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our well-respected and growing practice in Contra Costa County. This position is based in our Moraga office, with the potential for a hybrid or remote arrangement for the right candidate.

Led by David M. Lederman, a Certified Family Law Specialist, our firm is known for delivering thoughtful, strategic, and client-centered representation in complex family law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in divorce and other family law matters
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, declarations, and legal arguments
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to client goals
  • Communicate professionally with fellow staff members, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
  • Maintain high standards of organization, professionalism, leadership, and accountability
Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of California family law experience
  • Strong analytical skills and sound legal judgment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
  • Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
