We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Legal Assistant to support a sophisticated, fast-paced litigation practice at a respected mid-size law firm in downtown Seattle. This is a critical onsite role for someone who takes pride in precision, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and brings confidence and ownership to complex litigation matters.
While the firm continues to evaluate flexible work arrangements over time, this position is fully onsite, and candidates should be comfortable working in the office on a daily basis. Any future hybrid flexibility is not guaranteed and will be based on business needs and role alignment.

What You’ll Do- Provide senior-level litigation support to multiple attorneys across varied practice areas
- Independently manage court calendars, deadlines, hearings, and filings
- Draft, revise, and finalize pleadings, correspondence, and litigation documents
- Prepare and maintain TOCs, TOAs, styles, formatting, and tracked changes
- Handle state and federal e-filing and apply court rules across jurisdictions
- Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal teams
- Anticipate attorney needs and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- 10+ years of litigation legal assistant or litigation secretary experience
- Proven experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Strong command of state and federal court procedures and rules
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline management
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe Pro, One Drive, SharePoint, and document management systems
- Pro Law experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Fully onsite role
- Potential for future hybrid flexibility may be evaluated, but is not guaranteed
- Base salary range: $90,000–$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications
