Job Title: Litigation and Trademark Legal Assistant
Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote following a training period, 37.5-hour work week

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm to identify a Litigation and Trademark Legal Assistant to support attorneys in the firm’s Seattle office. This role provides litigation support across multiple jurisdictions and includes trademark-related administrative work. Training is available for candidates with limited trademark experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Assist with the preparation, filing, and maintenance of trademark applications, renewals, and related correspondence
- Draft, format, and file motions, pleadings, declarations, and discovery documents
- Support all phases of discovery, including document management and form pleadings
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness notebooks, and related materials
- Research, retrieve, and compile case materials for attorney and expert use
- Open new matters and ensure compliance with attorney, client, and court guidelines
- Manage attorney calendars, including meetings, depositions, hearings, conferences, and rules-based deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
- Prior litigation support experience required in a legal assistant or similar role
- Trademark experience preferred but not required, training available
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional interpersonal skills when working with attorneys, staff, and clients
