Commitment and PhilosophyThis Commitment Looks Like
- Foresight over Expedience: During the first call, assess whether a prospective client’s focus on punishing their ex aligns with our mission. You could book the sale immediately, but instead you redirect toward long-term peace and co-parenting stability, ensuring onboarding aligns with firm values and reduces conflict later.
- Proactive Communication: When a new client hires us, take five minutes to introduce yourself to the opposing paralegal or counsel to set a positive, cooperative tone from the outset, preventing weeks of adversarial friction.
- Constructive Communication: Three months in, review a case summary and remove phrasing that unnecessarily criticizes the opposing party’s personal life, preserving dignity and focusing on legal solutions for smoother negotiations.
- Prioritizing Sustainable Health: In busy weeks, delegate research, drafting, and administrative tasks to your paralegal and legal assistant to maximize the team’s capacity and sustain long-term well-being.
Compensation: $140,000 - $250,000 yearly
