Overview
The Ledger Law Firm (Washington Division) is hiring an experienced personal injury attorney (minimum 3 years plaintiff PI) to manage cases from intake through resolution
—including both pre-litigation and litigation

You’ll manage a Washington personal injury docket end-to-end, including:
Pre-Litigation- Conduct case evaluations, liability analyses, and early strategy planning
- Build strong damages packages: medicals, wage loss, future care, and supporting evidence
- Draft compelling demands and negotiate settlements with carriers
- Maintain excellent client communication and expectation management
- Draft pleadings, written discovery, and motion work; handle meet-and-confer process
- Take and defend depositions; coordinate experts and case development
- Prepare mediation/arbitration submissions and drive cases toward resolution
- Trial prep support as needed (depending on experience and case needs)
- Active Washington State Bar license (in good standing)
- 3+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred; defense with meaningful plaintiff transition considered)
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, client relationships, negotiations, and litigation workflow
- Strong writing skills and sound judgment
- Comfortable managing files from start to finish—pre-litigation through litigation
- Excellent negotiator with disciplined case valuation instincts
- Confident handling depositions, mediations, and motion practice
- Organized, proactive, and accountable in a remote environment
