Description

National construction law firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join their growing team in Seattle, WA. The firm is known for its high-level, complex work for top clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Manage construction litigation and related disputes

+ Motion practice, trial prep, and participating in trials

+ Managing discovery and document review

+ Utilize litigation document management tools (e.g., Relativity)

Salary and Benefits :
The salary range for this position is $210,000 to $255,000. Benefits include major medical coverage; base dental and vision insurance; term life and disability insurance; ten paid holidays per year; flexible PTO.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ JD from accredited law school

+ Active member in good standing with a WA state bar

+ 3-6 years of litigation experience, construction litigation strongly preferred

+ Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills

+

Experience with document management/discovery platforms (Relativity preferred)
