Plaintiff‑Side Employment Attorney Opportunity | Seattle, Washington | Hybrid
I’m partnering with a highly respected plaintiff‑side employment law firm that has expanded its footprint into Washington State and is seeking an experienced attorney to play a meaningful role in that growth.
This is an opportunity for a fearless, detail‑driven advocate who wants their work to matter and their victories to ripple beyond a single case.
The OpportunityThis firm represents employees in complex wage and hour matters, litigating claims before state and federal courts and arbitrators. The incoming attorney will take ownership of cases from investigation through resolution and will be instrumental in shaping the firm’s Washington presence.

- Deep expertise in wage and hour law (Advantage, not a must)
- Confident handling depositions, motions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial prep
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Founded just over a decade ago, this firm has grown from modest beginnings into a recognized force in employee advocacy, recovering millions of dollars for workers across multiple states. Their work has been consistently acknowledged within the plaintiff‑side employment law community, with attorneys from the firm receiving peer recognition for excellence in labor and employment litigation and being associated with matters that have helped shape wage‑and‑hour enforcement standards in the Western region.
More importantly, the firm is known for a culture that rejects the rigid, outdated law firm mold. Attorneys are supported, trusted, and given room to grow, professionally and personally.
