Associate Attorney

Location: Seattle, WA

A respected estate planning and trust & estates practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Estate Planning and Probate group. This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate, tax, and succession-planning matters.

The Associate Attorney will draft customized estate plans, advise high-net-worth clients on gift and estate planning, support trust and estate administration, and assist with probate and charitable planning matters. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, thoughtful problem-solver, and compassionate advisor who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues.

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Advise clients on gift, estate, and charitable planning strategies
• Assist with trust and estate administration and probate matters
• Support business succession and legacy planning
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and client communications
• Collaborate with attorneys, fiduciaries, and clients on case strategy

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (Washington preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in estate planning, probate, or trust administration
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
