Employment Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 5+ years of relevant experience to join its team. The attorney will work closely with partners on a broad range of employment litigation matters and advisory work. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in deepening their experience in employment law while taking on increasing responsibility.

• Support partners and senior attorneys on employment litigation and counseling matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on various labor and employment issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality work product.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least five years of labor and employment law experience.
• Admission to the Washington and California state bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
