An AM Law 200 firm is actively seeking either a Litigation Associate or an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Seattle office. These roles offer the opportunity to work on complex litigation or employment matters for a diverse client base. • Litigation Associate (3-5 years of experience)
  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts.
  • Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and execution.
• Employment Litigation Associate (4-6 years of experience)
  • Defend employers in single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims.
  • Handle class action and PAGA matters from inception through resolution.
  • Draft workplace policies and conduct employee trainings.
  • Provide day‑to‑day employment law counseling to corporate clients.

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar.
• 3-6 years of relevant litigation or employment litigation experience, depending on role.
• Strong writing, communication, and research skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple matters.
• Competitive salary ranging from $182,500 to $205,000 annually.
