Seattle – Mid‑Level Employment Litigation Associate

Location: Seattle, WA

Base Pay Range: $170,000 – $195,000 per year

• Advise and defend employers in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage‑hour disputes.
• Draught discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, agency position statements and other pleadings with high‑quality persuasive advocacy.
• Provide counsel on workplace policies and day‑to‑day legal issues.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team, self‑starting and managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

• 3–5 years of employment litigation and class‑action experience.
• Experience defending employers and community partners in the above practice areas.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Admission to the Washington Bar and a JD from an ABA‑accredited law school.
