Job Description
The role of the Litigation Paralegal at Patterson Buchanan Fobes & Leitch is to assist attorneys in a broad range of substantive case management legal work. The Litigation Paralegal works in a team environment which may include one or more attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. Responsibilities generally include managing discovery, supporting trials, and preparing documents and exhibits.

Qualificationsand Skills
- Drafting records stipulations and subpoenas
- Procuring, reviewing, and managing investigations and discovery
- Case management
- Drafting medical chronologies, fact timelines, and summaries
- Assist with document production(s)
- Trial preparation and support
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills
- Knowledge of Federal and Washington State Court Rules and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working with eDiscovery software (Relativity, IPro, Everlaw, Exterro or similar systems) highly preferred
- Experience with case management and billing software (CLEO, Pro Law, Time Matters)
