Base pay range$80.00/hr - $110.00/hr

Our client, an established tech company, is seeking an attorney to handle a wide variety of immigration matters, including high-volume, full suite of non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes such as: H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and the full suite of EB-1s. The attorney should have at least 5+ years handling business immigration issues.
Location: Greater Seattle area, onsite or hybrid
Rate: $80-110/hour, depending on experience
Proposed Contract Length: June 30, 2026 with potential for extension up to 18 months.
Expected Hours/Week: 40/week
Start Date: January 6 preferred
