Our customer, an AM Law 100 firm, is looking for a Product and Compliance Counsel. They are looking for candidates with at least some data privacy law and contracting experience.

Projected Start Date: August 2025

Duration: 2 months, with the potential to extend

Location: Must reside and be licensed in either Washington or New York (Hybrid- NY / Seattle)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the business unit on contract and regulatory matters.
• Supporting Ads Marketing teams on contract and regulatory matters.
• Supporting business teams on issues related to AI usage.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• 4-6 years of experience in contracting, product compliance, and regulatory support.
