Location: On-site in Seattle, WA. You’ll be part of a growing local team while collaborating closely with experienced class action litigators, in a centrally located office accessible from Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, and surrounding communities.
Note: You must be licensed to practice law in Washington (or awaiting WA Bar results/admission), able to work on-site full-time in Seattle, and genuinely interested in plaintiff-side employment, wage-and-hour, and consumer class and representative actions. Occasional travel within Washington may be required.

Job Description- Support a busy docket of wage‑and‑hour, employment, and consumer class and representative actions in Washington state and federal courts
- Draft complaints, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents under the guidance of experienced attorneys
- Assist with written and document discovery, including document review, organization, and preparation for depositions and hearings
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law and prepare clear, written analyses for supervising attorneys
- Participate in law and motion practice, oral advocacy, and court appearances as opportunities arise as you progress from post‑bar to associate responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to keep cases organized, on track, and moving toward favorable resolutions
- Communicate professionally with clients, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel as directed, always reflecting the firm’s high standards
- Licensed to practice law in Washington, or awaiting WA Bar results/admission
- 0–2 years of civil litigation experience; experience or internships/clinics in employment, wage‑and‑hour, or class actions are a plus
- Exposure to discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, or court appearances during law school, externships, or clerkships preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and deadlines
- Positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in representing employees and consumers in impact litigation
- Ability to travel occasionally within Washington for hearings, depositions, and case‑related needs
- You’ll build a marketable litigation skillset early in your career working on sophisticated class and representative actions
